Meet Lakichay
Lakichay Nadira Muhammad is a dedicated loving friend and companion to the senior community. With a lifelong commitment to service, Lakichay Nadira has actively been a helper in the senior community for well over 20 years.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for caring for others, Lakichay Nadira has first hand knowledge and experience with some of the most intimate details and challenges involving Senior care.
Lakichay Nadira has committed her life to providing a safe space for those in need while advocating for senior rights and sharing timely advice to many seniors and their families on best practices and navigation. Lakichay Nadira prides herself in making sure that senior community is protected, respected and treated with dignity.
A Lifelong Commitment
After serving as a home health Social Worker, providing seniors with resources and referrals and witg working at several hospitals throughout the country as a Case Manager discharge planner tasked with helping many seniors make a safe transition from their hospital stay to their next level of care which included home, long and short-term rehab and assisted living, Lakichay Nadira saw a need and decided to respond.
Creating services that provided seniors with a Wholistic approach to their wellbeing became a top priority. As an expert Senior care and placement specialist, Lakichay Nadira understands what it takes to ensure that those within her senior circle needs are met.
